They stopped by for a visit and rested for the first night. It was good to see them and the Ding Dongs were a hit with at least three of us. The kids have been excited for over a week to see them (Momma told them the wrong day so they have been waiting) and barely able to get their shoes on to get outside when they pulled in. The RV is where the kids want to be too, if their was a choice of in the house or the RV, Nanny and Grandpas rolling home would win out each and every time.
It may be childish but we sent them off with a good kick in the RV butt. (a football smashing through the window sticker) I’m sure we’ll hear from them at their first stop if they see it. We hope they just smile as we did and maybe they will pass it on to the next victim. Hey, why not…it’s a harmless smile and we would have done this to anyone who we could have gotten away with it.
Nan’s and Grandpa look happy to be on the road as you can see. Here’s hoping their trip is smooth and they have a great time!
